    La Semidana è una cultivar presente in tutta la Sardegna e con particolare diffusione nell’area centrale. É stata selezionata da Accademia Olearia tra le sue produzioni per essere una delle protagoniste del progetto di valorizzazione delle cultivar tipiche della Sardegna. Il Semidana è un monocultivar che esprime un extravergine dai toni amari leggeri, sentore di mela golden, mandorla ed una grande impronta del piccante, la quale poi rimane al gusto con una nota gradevolmente persistente.

    questo olio è ottenuto da piante secolari situate in una zona collinare particolarmente ventosa e non lontana dal mare. Le olive vengono raccolte nella seconda e terza decade di ottobre e nella prima e seconda decade di novembre, quando inizia l'invaiatura, cioè il colore passa dal verde al viola. Da abbinare a insalate, antipasti di mare, crostacei umidi e carni pregiate.

L’esposizione ai venti marini conferisce al nostro olio sentori unici, arricchendolo di sapidità, che lo rende particolarmente indicato per condire a crudo le pietanze tipiche della cucina mediterranea, insalate, antipasti di mare, crostacei, umidi di pesce e carni pregiate. Con la linea Madre Terra abbiamo voluto dare al nostro olio l’importanza che aggiunge valore alla bontà, rendendo la bottiglia di Madre Terra un regalo prestigioso da portare a casa di amici o da servire sulla nostra tavola.
