Obtained from the vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and other native Sardinian grapes. The maceration of the skins in the must is prolonged for about three weeks to allow the balanced release of the noble substances and color. Very intense ruby red, almost garnet. Hints of ripe red fruits and jams. Vegetable notes of Mediterranean vegetation. Elegant, soft and very persistent. Long finish. Wine for important roasts, grilled meats, semi-hard cheeses.
Animosu is a DOC red wine made from Cannonau grapes. It expresses all the character of its land. The warm embrace of the Gallura sun and the tenacity and robustness of the vine meet in this wine obtained according to the traditional winemaking methods of central Sardinia. Intense and deep ruby red colour, warm and sweet in the mouth with a wide and composed bouquet with evident hints of ripe fruit.

Lollóre is a DOC red wine, Mandrolisai, made from Bovale, Cannonau, Monica and other local viticultural biodiversity. It is a brilliant and deep ruby red wine, with an intense and persistent bouquet, ethereal, vinous, with hints of berries. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, with good body, rightly tannic. Ideal for roasts, game and cheeses with a strong and spicy taste.
Radice is a Sardinian red wine Cannonau of Sardinia DOC, obtained from Cannonau grapes coming from the Romangia area between Sorso and Sennori. The grapes are grown in vineyards on soils with a relevant calcareous matrix, organic and arranged in medium and low hills, at a minimum distance from the sea of the Gulf of Asinara.
At the table it can be served with red meats in general and with roasts.
Pietra is an IGT Romangia red wine, made from Cagnulari grapes from the Romangia area between Sorso and Sennori. The pure Cagnulari grapes are grown in the vineyards on exclusively calcareous soil. Pietra has a purple red colour with violet reflections. The nose gives intense and fruity aromas. In the mouth it is sapid with spicy nuances. It goes well with stewed meat, game, pasta dishes with meat sauce, spicy cold cuts, mature cheeses.
Luna Vona is the first organic wine produced by the company, the grapes come from organic vineyards located near the valley of Locoe. Their size allows a careful management of the soil and a meticulous control of the plants. The forms of cultivation used are those with sapling and spurred cordon, oriented to the production of high quality grapes.
Wine for first courses with full-bodied sauces, roast meats and well-matured cheeses.
It is a fresh wine to drink immediately, less structured than its older brother Urùlu, but it retains great qualities. All the processing of the product, including the bottling, is taken care of directly by the members. The grapes are harvested by hand and, within a few hours, processed in the cellar with the help of handmade tools and equipment and subjected to a gentle treatment, aimed at obtaining high quality wines. All processes, including bottling, are carried out directly by the members. It goes well with first courses, stewed meats, grilled meats and cheeses with partial maturation.
Obtained from the vinification of Cannonau, Carignano and Muristellu grapes, the skin/must contact takes place in stainless steel tanks for about a week at a controlled temperature of around 25°C, during which daily pumping over and fulling are carried out. The transformation of malic acid into lactic acid takes place immediately after alcoholic fermentation. The maturation takes place for a few months in steel tanks and is further refined in the bottle.

Mandrolisai Red wine IGP Isola dei Nuraghi. After a long manual selection of the best grapes and a 7-10 days long fermentation under controlled temperature, later comes the 24 months maturation in big french oak barrels. This special wine rests for 10 month after being bottled.
This, Contini's first organic wine, is good for nature and the palate. Red like a ladybird and unspoiled, like the land the vineyard lies in, it is the symbol of a great love for Sardinia.
Its intense aroma is reminiscent of red fruits, fragrant and vinous like the sun as it rises above the vines. Its violet hues enhance its red colour and its smooth flavour rolls over the palate. It loves the strong flavours of first courses, meat and fish dishes.
The union of native Sardinian grapes gives rise to the "Barrile", Rosso with the denomination "Isola dei Nuraghi" labeled Contini. It is a Red that rests for at least a year in oak barrels, of first and second passage, to get to give an elegant and complex sip, in which the balsamic nuances and the spicy tertiary tones chase each other and alternate, going to make up a truly drink of high thickness, capable of leaving indelible traces in the minds of all those who are lucky enough to try it. It is a Rosso, the "Barrile", in which the Contini wineries contain over a century of enological knowledge and skills, offering us a prestigious and qualitatively excellent label.
Carros is a Cannonau di Sardegna Classico Nepente di Oliena obtained from a careful selection of grapes from the Orbuddai vineyard, located at the foot of Mount Corrasi, the area of choice for Cannonau.
Hence this superb wine with a strong personality, with hints of myrtle and Mediterranean scrub. For its unmistakable and peculiar characteristics it is preferred to combine it with dishes and typical products of the island tradition. Appearance: Garnet red color with violet reflections.
Bouquet: The nose expresses immediately the notes of pulpy red fruit typical of the Cannonau variety; in the final a spiciness of discrete amplitude and very fine tends to enhance the aromatic outfit of the product.
Taste: Wine of notable acidity, rightly tannic, on the whole well balanced; the fruity and spicy notes reappear to complete the sensations perceived on the nose.
Intense red with violet reflections. Delicate and warm the aromas of ripe berries and cherries correlated with hints of violets and roses. The sip is soft and warm, supported by well integrated tannins that lead to a persistent finish. It goes well with risotto with forest mushrooms and pasta stuffed with tasty cheeses. Excellent with roasted red meats, game, braised meats and mature and tasty cheeses.

Pro Vois is a Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva DOC - Nepente di Oliena born from a selection of grapes from the oldest vineyards of the Puddu family in Oliena, located in the hills near Mount Corrasi. The nose offers hints of Mediterranean vegetation, notes of ripe fruit and fine spice, typical of the variety. These organoleptic characteristics, together with a great structure and softness, allow it to be combined with the most important dishes of typical Sardinian cuisine.
