Albalena is a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC. The color is yellow Straw with intense and persistent aromas of honey and yellow flowers, hints of ripe peach and tropical fruit. TASTE: mineral with good acidity level and sweet notes of pineapple and mango, typical bitter almond note, very persistent.

Pedrastella is a IGT (typical geographical indication) “Isola dei Nuraghi” red wine, made from indigenous grapes of Sardinia. Wine of intense ruby red color, brilliant, fragrant aromas of red berries, cherry jam and blackberry, spicy notes of pepper and leather. The taste is soft, persuasive, with elegant tannins and a finish of long persistence, full-bodied. Great with red meat, roast and stewed meat, tasty and spicy pasta dishes, mature cheeses.

“Colvento” is a pale pink sparkling wine with fine perlage. Perfume: Pleasantly fruity, with aromas of wild strawberries and cherries, enriched by floral notes. Taste: Dry, fresh, fruity and pleasantly velvety on the palate. Very stimulating. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish dishes, various vegetable preparations and light meat dishes.
