SARDINIAN BACON (piece) gr. 350 - SALUMIFICIO BELVI'

Pork bacon is one of the homemade cold cuts that the Belvì Delicatessen (Nuoro) prepares according to the tradition, starting from the selection of pork belly meat. After being processed and trimmed, they are prepared for preservation by salting them with spices and flavourings, for subsequent drying and seasoning. A rustic sausage and salami, well flavoured and ready to use in the kitchen as an ingredient for various recipes, sauces or raw, sliced and served as an appetizer or snack. The slice of bacon from the charcuterie factory is perfect to be cut at the moment, according to the need, into thin slices or cubes. It always retains its unmistakable taste of mountain bacon.
