Vinification: Cold - maceration followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days. Visual exam: Straw-colored, initially with greenish highlights. Olfactory examination: Reminiscent of white flowers and white pulp fruit. Gustatory examination : Balanced, persistent mouth feel, slightly acid, sapid, pleasant full - bodied flavour. Faint bitter- almond finish. Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, complements main courses of fish, shelfish, and white meats.

Visual examination: Pale yellow color with delicate green transparencies, fine and persistent perlage. Olfactory Analysis: It evokes notes of fruit and white flowers. Gustatory Analysis: Right balance between acidity and mineral flavor. Soft and fruity in the finish, with a pleasant aftertaste of bitter almond. Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it pleasantly accompanies appetizers, fish and shellfish dishes.
