The grapes are harvested by hand and, within a few hours, processed in the cellar with the help of handmade tools and equipment and subjected to a gentle treatment, aimed at obtaining high quality wines. All processes, including bottling, are carried out directly by the members. It goes well with first courses, stewed meats, grilled meats and cheeses with partial maturation.
Vinified without maceration, it has citrus, iodine, brackish and herbal scents. The mouthfeel, savory, fresh and enveloping, shows character and elegance and closes with a pleasant finish with hints of dried fruit and mineral tones.
The color is clear, bright and golden. The aroma has a good intensity and persistence, fine and elegant. It reaches its gustatory balance after some time from the pouring, when the roundness of the alcoholic component meets the evident acidity and the bitterish tendency, particularly evident in the initial phase.
